As always, we're ending a year with some great news. This time, we are excited to announce our first-ever internship program, Elevate, in 2020! The spring of 2020 will be Symphony's first internship season of offering a paid internship to young academics who have enrolled in the last year of undergraduate studies.

We pride ourselves on a culture that attracts great talent. The right internship can make all the difference in the world. The value of this program comes from giving interns the chance to experience the engineering industry at first hand. We want to celebrate young talents and make their future much better.

If you or someone you know are interested in building your career within the Symphony community, don't miss out on this. As a part of the Elevate internship program, you'll join our engineering teams and work with them daily. Not only will you expand your knowledge through our internship program, but you will also have the opportunity to work closely with us and learn the inner workings of what we do and how we do it. While working through our internship, you will also have the opportunity to connect with other Symphony members and experience how does it feel to be a part of our community. Our goal is to give college students essential knowledge and expertise to work in the industry and eventually join the Symphony community as a full-time employee.

We'll open our application on January 7th, and we advise you to use this time to prepare your resume and a cover letter explaining your targets and motivation for applying with contacts of relevant professors or assistants. Also, use some time to write something that will give us an insight into your skills, it can be a small app of any kind, depending on your preferences and make sure to put it on your Github account. We are determined to get the best talents to join our program and grow with us. Do you have what it takes to take off with Elevate?

We look forward to hearing from you!
