We are on the lookout for an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer.

This role would place you in a highly - energised environment with some of the most hardworking, creative individuals in the industry where you would be inspired to share your years of experience along with contributing to our projects with the existing teams in Symphony.

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

  • Model Development: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality data inputs.
  • Algorithm Selection: Research and implement appropriate AI/ML algorithms and tools.
  • Model Training and Evaluation: Train models on large-scale datasets, evaluate their performance, and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deployment: Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor model performance in production and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Documentation: Document the design, development, and deployment processes to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into ongoing projects.

    • There are some tech requirements that will make you stand out:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles
  • Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker) for deploying AI/ML solutions
