The coronavirus outbreak is first and foremost a human tragedy, affecting hundreds of thousands of people. Our world is changing, each day, and it is overwhelming, for businesses, governments, families, and individuals.

In these times when social distance has become a norm, we need to stay together in solidarity.

Symphony, through its values, is committed to help and support our team members, clients, and partners, and since the beginning of the pandemic, we are adjusting to the new normal - working from home, creating new products and streaming strategies very effectively and efficiently.

Led by our values, action before words, the Symphony community has collected €142,000, which will be donated through various initiatives in a few days, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and North Macedonia. We will transparently announce each donation that will be made in the upcoming period, on our communication channels.

Donation is focused on supporting healthcare and the ones most affected by COVID-19 in these three countries. What makes us even prouder is the fact that this initiative came from our community.

At the moments when our management team was focused on business continuity and managing potential risks in our business, our collective was engaged to make a change that matters in their local cities. They were collecting money for local communities, making judgments where and how to donate the money, and promoting various initiatives across the company to involve other people to get engaged. Individuals from our hubs in Serbia deeply inspired us with a great vision "buy one respirator" that could potentially save the lives of people affected by COVID-19. We are all familiar with our countries' weak health systems and how they rely on our vulnerable economies to be funded. Realizing that every small gesture of support and help is important and necessary, was a crucial step.

As a company, we were led by exceptional examples from individuals in our community who believed it was their responsibility to contribute and help the purchase of essential healthcare equipment to save as many lives as possible. Their actions inspired us to engage and help coordinate these initiatives. We helped with additional funds and we centralized our efforts to be able to drive these activities on a larger scale. Together, as a collective, we have decided to help Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and North Macedonia fight the invisible enemy by funding our healthcare institutions.

In these challenging moments, we need to say thank you to our team because together, we are the Change that Matters!

We will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our team members, clients, and partners and evaluate other ways we can help as things evolve. Stay safe and stay healthy!
