Delivering Excellence - The Symphony Story
Project and product ownership, team and client satisfaction, open communication, and proper expectations management became the core pillars of Symphony's delivery philosophy. On that note, our very own Irfan Godinjak, Head of Service Delivery, will hold a keynote speech for this year’s event on "Delivering Excellence - The Symphony Story,” focusing on successfully delivering projects and building clients' products from our perspective. Having started his IT industry career more than 15 years ago, Irfan has experience working in different roles, dynamic and project-oriented environments. This diversity allowed Irfan to understand how businesses, people, and processes collaborate to achieve goals. Irfan's keynote will provide more insight into successfully blending our delivery philosophy into clients' organizations while ensuring excellence. In addition to Irfan, our Anita Mahmic, a Service Delivery Manager and Product Owner, will participate in a panel discussion on the “New skills and old values: Improving for now and the future” topic. The conference will be opened by Stanislav Stresnjak, PMI's regional mentor for the Central European region. Some conference speakers are project managers with admirable experience, Emrah Özdemir from Turkey, Oliver Lehmann from Germany, Catalin-Teodor Dogaru from Romania, and esteemed Lysa Morisson of England.
