We want all of our employees to have the tools and equipment necessary to do their best work. We cover the costs related to equipping your workplace.

Everyone is encouraged to visit the different Symphony hubs and to work with their teammates there. Often we work side-by-side with our clients in different locations (USA, Australia, China, Netherlands, Italy, etc.), and this offers us a chance to learn from each other on a daily basis. These temporary relocations also give us the opportunity to explore new communities and cultures.
We have our own
The Symphony Fun Committee is there to organize after-work activities, which can involve trips abroad, cinema and theatre, barbecues, rafting, and other fun activities. We value and appreciate good ideas that will bring benefits to us all.
