We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic, global team. Our fast-paced environment requires someone as energetic and driven as we are. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in Medellin, Colombia and help us build our community there. 

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including executive search, networking, and market mapping, to identify top-tier talent.
  • Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse IT roles across LatAm time zones, ensuring swift and effective talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s growth objectives. Oversee the development and management of a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with Workforce Management (WFM), Hiring Managers, department heads Talent Assessment and HR to understand and confirm business needs and align talent acquisition efforts with organisational goals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment activities to senior management.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks related to hiring.
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates while maintaining open and clear communication about the next steps.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to establish the company as an employer of choice within the industry.
  • Coach talent acquisition teams, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends related to IT and talent acquisition.
  • Continuously evaluate recruitment processes, seek feedback from stakeholders, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, hire high-quality candidates, and boost the candidate experience.
  • There are some requirements that will make you stand out:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, with specific experience in the IT industry as a must-have requirement.
  • A deep understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring challenges, is essential to excel in this role.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • A strong focus on data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize the hiring process.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a precise approach to every aspect of recruitment, ensuring accuracy in candidate assessment, documentation, and communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, enabling you to efficiently juggle multiple roles and priorities.
  • Strong resilience to changes with the ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to evolving hiring needs and priorities
  • Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with both stakeholders and candidates, ensuring long-term partnerships and positive candidate experiences.
  • A proactive mindset with a continuous focus on improving and innovating talent acquisition strategies to stay ahead in the competitive IT landscape.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, essential for navigating complex hiring scenarios and securing top talent.
