It feels like it was yesterday when our small community in Skopje (at the time) discussed a cultural twist to one of our favorite daily routines. One of our communities' unique traditions and perks are healthy and delicious meals prepared by Symphony chefs.

To achieve our long-term business goals, we want to implement and scale operational changes a lot faster and in line with our growth. Simon Verzijl joined Symphony a couple of months ago as the COO with a mission to help Symphony work smarter and make operations our secret weapon.

Meet Igor Stricevic or as we like to call him - Jiggy. His career path sets an example to all young engineers driven by true curiosity and a knack for problem-solving. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at our development center in Belgrade focusing on React.js frontend development.

Meet Milica Arsic, a Service Delivery Manager from our development center in Niš. In Symphony, Milica is building successful business stories and projects with several of her teams even though she started her career with us less than four months ago.

For us, being a part of the Symphony community is a rewarding experience that enriches our lives, fuels our growth, and allows us to live our lives to the fullest. And we wanted to share with you the closest thing to that experience.
